All rights to the COƵMO name, logo, underlying code, workflows, outputs, interfaces, and associated documentation are expressly reserved and protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws, including applicable patents, copyrights, and trade secrets statutes.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, use, reverse engineering, or disclosure of any part of the COƵMO Technology, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of CiAiX Inc. and Carrasco International LLC.

Any infringement or misappropriation of these rights will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, including pursuit of damages and injunctive relief.

This document does not grant any license, assignment, or other rights except as expressly set forth in a mutually executed written agreement.
